Legacy Transformation technology

  • Developed  Web technology,  design, programming and project management of eBI software.
  • Managed the development of RPG to J2EE transformation technology.
  • Developed and IDE framework written in Java (SWING, JDOM, Threads), with server side interaction with IBM iSeries.
  • Developed the RPG to J2EE runtime technology, a framework employing J2EE technology, HTML, JavaScript, AJAX, XML/XSLT, Servlets, JDBC, and EJB.
  • Developed transformation engine, (code generator), this program written in Java produces Java, J2EE code for the above-mentioned runtime framework from information gathered from legacy application on the iSeries. Transformed applications are deployed on Websphere Application Server.
  • Website development, fully developed and implemented product website.
  • Developed look and feel, graphics, HTML, JavaScript, and FLASH for presentation, PHP/MySQL server code for backend processing.

CRM Development

  •  Participated in the development and implementation of a new custom Java SWING based client software (CRM).
  • Performed analysis and designed standards and automation processes for management techniques to facilitate development and implementation of server side stored procedures to support SWING based client.
  • Significantly improved the team’s productivity by eliminating errors and improving quality of developed code from a team of 25 programmers.
  • Stored procedures were originally written for Oracle PL/SQL and were re-implemented using AS/400 server DB2 store procedures written in C and SQL. 

 
Legacy Support

  •  Provided assistance as needed for Legacy System support for users “change request” evaluation, analysis, development and implementation.

Lawson Application Interface ..  Built custom TCP/IP Socket application both Client  (VAX system)  and Server (RS/6000) for interfacing  legacy applications to Lawson using the Lawson BCI.
